SERVICES RENDERED – COYOTE DUMPSTER RENTAL LLC agrees to provide non-hazardous solid waste collection and disposal services as specified herein and Customer agrees to make payment and abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement as specified herein.

WASTE MATERIAL – This agreement is for non-hazardous solid waste which can be disposed of at area non-hazardous solid waste landfills. Customers are responsible for ensuring that waste materials that are banned from landfill disposal are not placed in the rented dumpster and agrees to pay charges, including but not limited to those contained herein, if banned wastes are present in the rented dumpster. Some of the waste items which are banned from being landfill are listed below.
1. Bio Medical Waste
2. Firearms / Ammunition
3. Fireworks / Flares
4. Propane Tanks
5. Burn Barrels / Ashes
6. Items containing Mercury
7. Barbecue Charcoal
8. Pesticides
9. Antifreeze, Oils, Solvents, Fuels, Chemicals
10. Asbestos
11. Paint
12. Car Batteries
13. Appliances containing refrigerants: refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, etc.
14. Dead Animals

ADDITIONAL CHARGES – There are a select number of additional charges that COYOTE DUMPSTER RENTAL LLC can and will assess at its discretion. Some of the additional charge items are listed below.
1. Televisions $20.00
2. Tires: $2.50/tire
3. Appliances: $8.00
4. Fuel Surcharge (Outside Albuquerque Metro Area): $50-$125 min. Based on distance
5. Dumpster Overloaded requiring handling of waste material: $25.00
6. Dumpster over allotted weight: Quoted Rate
7. Additional Days: $35/day
8. Dump and return or exchange: Full Price

PAYMENTS – Customer agrees to make payments for any and all charges contained herein. If a credit card is initially used for payment, the customer agrees to allow COYOTE DUMPSTER RENTAL LLC to charge subsequent charges and fees contained herein to the credit card. Customer agrees to make immediate payment for all fees and charges and to pay 1.5% annual interest and all attorney fees, court costs, and lien processing fees for past due balances.

DRIVING AREAS AND EQUIPMENT – Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to equipment for COYOTE DUMPSTER RENTAL LLC during service times. Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless COYOTE DUMPSTER RENTAL LLC against any damage caused by trucks or equipment to pavement, curbs, driveways, or any driving surface or service areas. Additionally, customers agree not to overload dumpsters by weight (4 ton maximum payload) or by volume (loaded over the top edge of dumpster). Customer agrees to pay for any damages caused to the dumpster while dumpster is on the Customer’s property, up to full replacement.

TERM – Service under this agreement will commence on the delivery date and may be terminated by either party by giving 24 hour notice. By paying this invoice and/or accepting delivery of dumpster, Customer agrees that he/she has read, understands, and fully agrees to the terms contained herein.
